Inside Hongyue's Assembly Workshop: A Close Look at the Standardized Meteorological Sensor Assembly Process

Table of Contents

nside the Hongyue Technology assembly workshop in Chengdu, each workstation is systematically arranged for meteorological sensor component assembly. The facility is equipped with anti-static workbenches, fume exhaust systems, tool racks, and material storage bins, forming an efficient and orderly production line workflow.

Products including ultrasonic anemometers, temperature and humidity radiation shields, and integrated monitoring modules are assembled and soldered by in-house technicians. Following each assembly stage, units proceed to quality inspection for circuit connectivity verification and basic sensor performance testing before moving to the next production phase.

The in-house assembly workshop model allows R&D engineers to closely monitor assembly techniques and adapt processes for customized sensor versions tailored to different project requirements. This flexible approach accommodates production for diverse applications including tunnels, ports, and remote weather stations, ensuring efficient delivery of customized solutions.
