Ultrasonic anemometers represent the modern direction of high-precision, high-response, intelligent measurement, particularly suited for high-end scientific research and precision industrial fields. Mechanical anemometers, with their classic, reliable, and economical characteristics, remain irreplaceable in numerous routine monitoring scenarios. The final choice for users should be based on a comprehensive trade-off among measurement needs, environmental challenges, budget constraints, and long-term operation and maintenance.
