Hongyuv has implemented special designs tailored to the operating requirements and environmental conditions of the handheld weather station. For instance, an integrated display allows field operators to read data directly on site, while data can be saved to a TF card with a minimum storage capacity for 365 days of measurement records. The dedicated APP receives measurement data in real time on mobile phones via Bluetooth transmission.

The specially designed handle is constructed from full aluminum alloy, featuring lightweight construction for easy single-hand operation. Thanks to the mounting thread at the bottom of the handheld weather station handle, the device can also be fitted onto a tripod, making it ideal for on-site temporary inspections.
